Roots of American Music’s Spring Benefit has gone virtual! Join us for “Lucky 13 on June 13th” and enjoy a lively evening of music and musical activities from the comfort of home.
Storytelling blues musician Doug MacLeod is the featured performer, and as a multiple Blues Music Award winner, including winner of the 2020 Blues Music Award for Acoustic Artist of the Year, he is known for his superb songwriting, guitar wizardry, warm soulful vocals, and unforgettable live performances. Musician Afi Scruggs will open the evening, which will also include Roots trivia and a short roots history lesson.
All proceeds benefit Roots of American Music’s education and outreach programs.
