Wally Bryson is one of the Cleveland area’s best-known rock musicians.  As an original member of the Mods (later known as the Choir), one of the region’s most popular ‘60s bands, he released a single, “It’s Cold Outside,” on the national label Roulette which hit Billboard Magazine’s Hot 100 chart. Later, after the Raspberries scored seven nationally charting singles, four of which were Top 40 hits, Wally became a founding member of Fotomaker, along with two former members of the Rascals.

Also on the bill from New York City is Wally’s son Jesse, lead guitarist of the Bryson Group, and his band.  Jesse Bryson is a rising star who first played with Qwasi Qwa and then The Bryson Group – a collaboration with his dad and the Cleveland-based band Rosavelt which has toured both nationally and internationally.

The ROAM benefit concert will feature musical highlights from Wally’s storied career as well as a collaboration between dad and son, plus an audio and video retrospective of Wally’s career.

A silent auction, featuring a number of music-related collectible items will take place in the Beachland lobby before and during the concert.
